Charging Back, But not enough

Linn Benton and Chemeketa come out of half with the score being 42-34 in favor of the Storm.  The teams were going back and forth trading buckets until the 10 minute mark of the half Chemeketa Storm hit 3 3's in a row to bring the score to 66-51.  The crowd started to fall out of the game then Brodie Marchant hit a 3 pointer to start a 15-2 run, and the Roadrunners were making it a game. This run brought the crowd on its feet and screaming and cheering as the Storm called a timeout the lead was trimmed to 2 being 68-66 in favor of the Storm with about 5 minutes left in the game.  After the timeout though it all went downhill the Chemeketa Storm went on a tear with hitting 3's, 6 of there last 7 and Linn Benton couldn't score at all only 11 points in the last 5 minutes and giving up 24 and turning it over 6 times.  The 15-2 comeback fell short after losing 92-77 as the last buzzer sounded.  The Chemeketa Storm had two outstanding scorer's Brennen McNabb (29 points), and Tregg Peterson (22 points).  Linn Benton had Brodie Marchant (19 points), and Kendrick Abraham (15 points).
